| Shilpa Shetty says that women should learn a few basic self
defence techniques as it’s the need of the hour.
The actress is currently a part of the ongoing DNA Women’s Self Defence
Camp. Talking about the same she says, “It is high time that we learn to
protect ourselves before the laws are amended and made more stringent to
ward off any anti-social element.”
She further adds, “This camp is a great way to encourage women in basic
self-defence moves. It also boosts confidence in case of any unwanted
situation. And if I can do it, then so can you or any other woman.”
